The short version: Hushfall collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no servers, and the app never connects to the internet.
Overview
Hushfall is a sleep sounds app for iPhone, published by Cooper Industries. Every sound is built into the app, so it works with no connection and sends nothing anywhere.
What Stays on Your Device
Hushfall saves a few settings on your iPhone: your default timer, your fade length, and whether you have dismissed the first-run tip. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.
What We Collect
Nothing. We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or which sounds you play or when you play them. We cannot see how you use the app.
Analytics and Tracking
None. Hushfall contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, crash reporters, advertising frameworks or trackers.
Purchases
Hushfall is a one-time paid download sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment under its own privacy policy, and we never receive your payment details. We may see total sales figures in App Store Connect, which do not identify you.
Siri and Shortcuts
If you start Hushfall with Siri or Shortcuts, your request is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. Hushfall receives only the instruction to play or pause.
Data Sharing
We do not have your data, so there is nothing to sell, rent or share.
Data Retention and Deletion
Deleting Hushfall from your iPhone removes its settings. We hold no copy, so there is nothing else to delete.
Children's Privacy
Hushfall does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If the app's data practices change, this page is updated and the date below changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
