Common Questions
- How do I restore a purchase? Open the app's Settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- How do I request deletion of my data? App data lives on your device and in your own iCloud account. Deleting the app removes local data; see the app's privacy policy for iCloud removal steps. Email us if you need help.
- How do I report a bug? Email us with steps to reproduce it. Screenshots help a lot.
