Getting Started
Prompted is a pose library with verbal prompts, matched to the light you're shooting in. On first launch, pick the kinds of shoots you do and Browse opens on them. The sun chip at the top of Browse tracks golden hour for your location; tap it for full solar detail. Build a shot list in Sessions, then run it hands-free in Shoot Mode.
Common Questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. The pose catalog downloads once, on first launch, and after that everything — browsing, search, the sun tracker, sessions, Shoot Mode — works with no connection. Downloading a session (Pro) also pins its full-resolution photos to the device for shoots with no signal.
The library won't download
The very first launch needs a connection to fetch the catalog. Check your connection and tap "Try again". Once it has loaded a single time, this screen never returns.
The sun tracker shows nothing
The sun tracker needs location permission — it computes the sun's position on your device and your location never leaves it. Tap the sun row in Browse to grant permission, or turn it on in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Prompted.
I bought Pro but it's still locked
Tap Restore Purchases — it's on the paywall and in Settings under Saved. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still won't unlock, email us; the App Store keeps your receipt and nothing is lost.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Prompted. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period. The Lifetime unlock is a one-off purchase with nothing to cancel.
What does free include?
The sun tracker with no limits, ten poses in every category with real photographs first, and one saved session. Pro unlocks the full library, unlimited sessions, offline downloads, and PDF contact sheets.
