Are my prayers private?
Yes. There is no Prayed server and no account. Everything you write stays on your device and, only if you choose, in your own iCloud. Nothing you write is ever collected. The app sends only anonymous usage counts (which screens are used), never prayer text or names, and no tracking. Face ID lock is on by default. Details are in the privacy policy.
How does the scripture matching work?
After you save a prayer, Prayed finds three verses that speak to what you wrote using the full text of the World English Bible or the King James Version. The matching runs entirely on your phone with a small on-device model and works in airplane mode. Your words are never sent anywhere.
When does a prayer come back?
At 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. A daily Remember card and a weekly review of everything still open keep you from losing track of what you've carried.
Can I import prayers I've already written?
Yes. Prayed Plus imports plain text and Day One journals, and you can backdate any prayer so history you already have starts coming back right away. Everything can be exported as PDF or Markdown.
Which Bible translations are included?
The World English Bible (WEB) and the King James Version (KJV). Both are public domain and ship inside the app.
Does Prayed work on iPad?
Prayed is designed for iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
How do I cancel Prayed Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Prayed Plus. Your prayers stay on your device either way.
